Step 2. You Are Contacted by a NetKingSAT Sales Engineer
Within 1 business day, a NetKingSAT Sales Engineer will contact you to discuss your needs, applications and expectations.
Step 3. The Paperwork
Your Sales Engineer will send you our Service and Equipment Agreements, just take a few minutes to complete them and Fax them back.
Step 4. Scheduling the Install
Within 48 hours of your order, a NetKingSAT Installation Coordinator (IC) will contact you to schedule your equipment installation time.
Step 5. Installation Day
Standard installation takes four to six hours, unless there is pole mounting, trenching, extended cable runs, or other complicating factors.
Installations are usually complete within 10 days of your order.
